I walked in being advised of one price, when the initial consultation was finished to decide of the haircut style, colour etc, wasn’t told there would be a change in price. Went up to pay at the end and it cost ~$100 more than I was originally quoted. It would be good if they were upfront and advised that there would be a change in pricing before they started on the job. Customers beware of this! Most hairdressers advise upfront if there is a change in pricing!

I went to this salon for the first tine.  Worst one I have ever been to.  The young girl started off friendly.   I was then taken to the basin to wash out the excess colour and check the foils.  I asked for caramel foils.  I was shocked when she said sorry they are blue. Shocked and confused I sat there and listened to them both openly discuss that I must be on medication or use cheap shampoo for that chemical reaction.  I was so upset and angry. I said no I don’t.  They continued to blame me. It was finally fixed.  Colour foils not blue but a horrible yellowish colour..  My hair is so dry and brittle where the foils are. Doesn’t look good at all.  They were so rude.  Never going there again.    I wanted to give negative stars but this doesn’t allow.

got my young daughters hair cut there by the owner Julie . have to say I've never seen my daughter so upset after the hack job she did on her hair and am absolutely confused to how she can call her self a hair dresser . if only i could give negative stars . avoid if you like your hair

Julie the owner cut my hair,  all I wanted was a simple cut, Julie was great,  she took off the correct amount I asked for,  and the price was very realistic

this would have to be one of the worst beauty salons i have ever been to in all my years. the owner would have to be the absolute most rudest person i have ever meet if i could give 0 stars i would in seconds

I had the worst hair dressing experience of my life at Casablanca, the guy was so rough with my hair/head and even though the price was cheap, I will never return.
