I am exceptionally happy with Dr Al-Ani's service. He is a very good listener and always gives me proper and professional advise and he delivers it in a caring way. I feel as though he is very thorough and he cares for my well being. I travel to see him for his excellent service and I do not have to wait a long time. I will never consider changing my GP. He provides excellent service and cares for his patients, that is why he has being my GP for over 8 years.

Dr Alani is one of the Best Doctor for my family and friends for the last six years ! His knowledge amazing may be I could rate him one of the best doctor in Caroline spring area! He treats his clients as friendly, he have a great approach very good customer service! I have been to different Places in the past But since I moved to his clinic for the last six years I am so blessed and happy to have him as my family doctor, I can recommend him to anyone in the area to come and see him for all sorts of your needs ! I grant you you will be happier by your decision!

After retiring my husband had to find a doctor closer to home after being with the same dr in the city for over 10 years they were wonderful But we walked into this medical centre and met with the doctor and it just felt right Dr Ali (that's what we call him) is the most caring knowledgeable Doctor we know and if he is at all suspicious he will send you on for further investigation. That is how my husbands lung cancer was detected Dr.Ali just keep sending on an on until he either got the all clear or in our case it was lung cancer but it was early so we are pretty happy and I will have my husband around for a long time to come This Doctor saved my husbands life and for that I he is my hero

New to the area, went in to see a doctor and was asked why I needed to see the doctor by the receptionist. I said I needed a prescription and she asked what for? I said politely that it's none of her business and that's for me and the doctor to discuss. She mentioned that it's procedure for her to ask so the doctor can prepare for patients and see if his able to assist or not. Um well it's not common practice to discuss medical issues with a receptionist out in the waiting area, it's a breach of confidentiality and I will be reporting it. As a doctor, any doctor, you should be able to handle any patient that works into your practice that's why you're called a GENERAL PRACTITIONER! receptionist was rude, I wouldn't recommend this medical centre! Response to below: There was no other patients in the room, and when I told her it was for a prescription she wanted to know what for! I'm sorry but this is not common practice. You can't expect patients to talk about their medical concerns in a public area to a RECEPTIONIST! I don't see how you think this is ok! People rarely go to a GP for emergencies, that's what the hospital is for! Poor response. Again, the way your centre is run is absolutely ridiculous and totally wrong.

I know Dr Al Ani for 8 years. Excellent doctor understand people's needs. Always there to help you. I recommend anyone to visit him.
