Edit: Do not use the app to order! It is a disconnected process where the store just gets a notification and has to place the order. If they miss this, you're waiting...nnAbsolutely fantastic. Burgers are tasty, well made and big. The atmosphere is quiet and roomy, lots of space. Free drink refills. Chips are great and a generous serve. Love it will become a regular.

I am waiting for the food since more than 45 minutes and I didn’t get my food on time. It seems like no one want to do their job perfectly. Even lady manager can’t giving proper response. They have lots of order pilled on and they are talking with each other like they are in gardens. Even manager talking  on phone. Ridiculous services that I have received in Carl’s Jr. I’ll giving rating in minus I hope. You can see people waiting for their food but no one is at the front. Lots of food in the tray but no one is giving to the customers. Worst services.

Second time I have been here. I am sold!nChips were hot and crispy. Burger was succulent and tasty.

Where to begin? There wasn't a single thing this restaurant got right tonight. I paid $3.00 for an extra beef patty, but it wasn't included this is the third time this has happened, obviously your staff are incapable of, or simply can't be bothered, reading order notes, none of our burgers had mustard/ketchup/mayo the chicken burger was also missing the lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese - all it contained was a chicken breast topped with pineapple, the latter of which contained a small, crawling insect, but I'll get to that later. My waffle fries were half full, containing only five, cold, soggy fries...they were cold because our Uber driver was in your store for twenty-five minutes before taking a further twenty minutes to arrive, despite our house being only a five minute drive from the restaurant. As a result, we had to heat up our meal...do you know what fries taste like after they've been microwaved? This is nothing new, of course, we've never received a full serve of hot fries from your Clayton store, but we accept part of the blame because we continued to go back regardless. Not anymore, however - the surprise addition to my chicken burger is a deal breaker...you forgot the tomato, lettuce and cheese, but you did include a free insect! No thank you...half portions of fries and missing items I can forgive, but creepy crawlies are a matter for the Health Dept.
