First time having a burger here.nnBurgers are ok. Was expecting them to be better. Overpriced for what they are.nStaff and really friendly and polite and attentive which was a big plus.nCleanliness of the store was pretty good and I liked the unlimited refills of drinks.nDefinitely a great idea and a big plus.nNot sure if I'll go back . Wouldn't go out of my way. But it's definitely not the worst I've ever had.nJust pricey for what they are.nMy fish n chip local, trumps them.nYet to find an awesome burger place.
Absolutely blown away by my experience at Carl's Jr. Clayton! The food here is consistently hot, fresh, and full of flavour a real step above what you'd expect from a fast-food chain. My burger was perfectly cooked, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted like it was made just for me.nnWhat really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring I had a great experience. It's rare to find this level of attention and quality in a fast-food setting, but Carl's Jr. Clayton nailed it.nnIf you're after fast food that feels like it was prepared with care, paired with top-tier service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
The moment I walked in I was greeted with a lovely welcome by the amazing staff at the front counter! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming as if you were walking within your own home.nnI had ordered the Original Angus in a medium meal with chilli cheese fries and their amazing new Spritzer drink! The service I received was absolutely amazing and top tier! 10/10!nnI had asked to dine in and only waited around 3-5 minutes for my order when the lovely staff brought out my food to me on a tray! It felt as if I was in a fancy restaurant receiving 5 star treatment!nnMy food arrived hot and fresh, way better than you would get from any other fast food chain! I enjoyed every bite and was even tempted to get some more! I was unable to find a bin to place my rubbish in but then a lovely member of staff offered to take my rubbish for me! It was the best treatment I have ever received within a fast food restaurant. Whoever runs this place is doing absolutely amazing! You and your staff are doing a great job! Keep up the hard work! I will definitely be returning soon! Altogether 11/10 place! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
Bought Dinner from here 2night. So happy to have this Store Re-Open. The Burgers were Fresh & Delicious. The lettuce wrap was crispy and fresh. Best Fast Food Burgers money can buy. The New Management has obviously made a HUGE difference. We will definitely be back in the not too distant future.
Great food, try the chicken burger.nOr combo with chips and a drink.nThey also have a Tradie deal!
