Insensitive, unprofessional people. I waited a month for promised email and I had to call and was on hold for an hour. Email wasn't even useful.
Disgusting and disgraceful treatment for anyone trying to access the NDIS. There is zero communication or follow up. Always left this office feeling depressed and degraded. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
NDIS scammers, don't treat client with respect. When doing reviews just submit what they like. NDIA does nothing about complaints and refers it back to the people doing the wrong thing. Refuse to answer enquiries from clients and are rude. Finally got a response but the promised phone call and appointment hasn't happened. Senior staff member told me they had too many clients to service properly, very sad.
Failure to understand what parents of disabled/disadvantaged children are going through is something this organisation should be ashamed of. The support needed falls on deaf ears and the staff have been quite rude to my wife on the phone, these people have no idea honestly.
They never return phone calls.
We had to wait a bout 5 minutes to see some body
As NDIS co-ordinators so much better than other states. As plan managers I was not told what funding could be used for, not even told I could change plan manager. I had a great LAC but he was changed now I have no idea who to ask about things.
The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful ... made the minefield of paperwork so much easier. Very responsive and organised.
Absolute disgrace this organisation can't be trusted with anything I find them very disrespectful
