To every negative comment you have written the same reply claiming that it's false and trying to discredit you, however I have had the same experience as every single one of those negative comments, if not more! My aunty has been in the care of carechoice for about 6 months and not a single day has gone by without me having to make a complaint about the lack of care and borderline negligence. I am at the point now where I'm going above Carechoice and complaining to the governing body. The thing I have on my side is I get everything in writing so I have evidence to back up my claims so go ahead and say this is a fake review because I'll take it to the media if I have to.
6 months in and very happy. Great team, willing to listen, open to change. Love hearing how our clients are achieving their goals.
