This review regarding the Homecare packages. In a single word they are appaling, have no regard to cleints other than charging exorhorboant fees to manage my father package My father is on a level 4 package which means end of life and I am not able to order coninanace products or would care bandages due to Bolton Clarke not having paid the account. Thae case managers need to be contacted constattly to sort out issues. Team leaders do not return calls and reject requests for basic products. I would not recommend this company for Homecare management at all. If i could give a ZERO score I would.
Bolten clark services werewere a mess they took our friend to a respite and never told us where she was . Phone calls were never returned and mealswere not provided for over a month except sandwiches. Very sad they are not good listeners and have a rude manner my friend and I are happy to finish with them
****This is in regards to their district nursing service**** I am editing this review & upgrading from 1 star to 4. One of the nurses explained to me its up to the GP to make referrals etc, so it was his lack of follow up that was the problem. She was lovely to talk to & explained alot of things to me which makes a nice change. They have done the best they can for my mum now its time for the other services to step up & do their bit instead of expecting the family to do it all. Thank you Allana! As for the call centre, there has been some issues with communications, msgs not always been passed on etc. They won't speak to the carers at the home my mum lives in for 'privacy reasons' which is ridiculous really. I did make a complaint about those things & it seems things have improved since then though.
I spoke to a girl by the name of Alisha regarding my nan who's client of the company and I was pleased by the professionalism and support given. Happy to know my nan is in good hands, thank you soo much Alisha :
My mum was put at risk by a couple of carers. Also take money but don't supply carers
The nurses I had were fantastic I couldn't have asked for more caring nurses. Thank you.
I put in a complaint with the Australian federal government against Bolton Clark services, They refused to help my housemate with a fractured knee on the grounds, he hasn’t got an open wound.
