For 2 years now we have been with Prestige for the care of my elderly father. I want to acknowledge our Case manager Kate McLay who is absolutely amazing and at all times very professional, friendly and highly committed to her role. The ongoing support and kindness shown by Kate is beyond next level.nnWe also have a wonderful team of hardworking carers looking after him and their constant care is always personalised and tailored to his needs. I am eternally grateful for their dedication.

I just wanted to write to you to express gratitude on behalf of my whole family for the exemplary assistance which my brother's carer provided to make my mother's 90th birthday such a success. Being able to celebrate with him was very important to all of us so we decided to hold the event in his home. This involved a lot of work with preparation of the venue and catering and his carer generously assisted throughout.nnThe important part of the day was ensuring that my brother was well rested, presentable and could preside as host. His carer assisted him beautifully and graciously and everything went off perfectly.  She demonstrated that caring for a client is not just the basics of keeping them clean, clothed and fed but enabling them to have dignity and participate fully in a social and family life.nnI know that the success of the event was in large part due to her generous assistance and I would like you to know that she is a credit to Prestige.

I recently had a broken ankle. It was very difficult to do much when I returned home after 24 days in hospital. We contacted Prestige through a recommendation. We contacted Anitia Sawyer, the Hospital Liaison Manager who visited me in hospital. She arranged all the necessary details which went off without a hitch.nI had daily visits from the carers for over 8 weeks and they were coordinated extremely well. Every one of them were considerate and well disciplined. They were prepared to do anything we needed.If we wanted to change something, we contacted Jackie Borthwick Private Client Services coordinator who was very well organised and made the changes without a problem. If any of the carers had a timing issue, we were advised quickly. Overall, I can say that the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Prestige and would use them again without hesitation.

They may be eye-wateringly expensive, but you get what you pay for, and in two separate instances over the past 7 months, they have delivered flawlessly for my family.nnGreat case managers, and a highly-intelligent AI at the centre of their scheduling structure makes for an excellent combination. Couple that with on-the-ground staff who are as good as one could imagine, and you have a winning combination.nnHighly recommended.

Stephanie O’brien with style and aplomb carries out her task a much hated job in any organisation, matching the needs, times involved of clients. This she does with consummte  grace and is a pleasure to deal with, I wish I deal with many more Stephanies who complete their task so well.  David Bereson
