They were pretty good with the interior. Cleaned my car seat satisfactorily. Staff were nice. Coffee is good. But I would probably do a better job washing the exterior myself. Could still see cobwebs on my wipers. I would still let them do it if I could afford it again.

I had expected more from Car-Fé. The first time I went - my key was returned to me disconnected from my key chain, and I had to take it apart and re-sync it to my car. Not a big deal but seeing as the key is expensive to replace, and it seemed it had been forcefully disconnected, I was pretty annoyed. And the second time I went (which was just now) - I would rate the car wash at 2/10. There were cobwebs still left on the wing mirrors, the wheels were left half clean, and there were remains of a bird poo mark. Considering it took 5-10 minutes quicker than I was told it would be - I can only think that a better job could have been done. I'm not sure I will be returning to be honest. I love the convenience of it all, but I'm certainly not in love with the quality of the wash. I was so close to rating this 1 star, but the convenience factor stopped me.

I've been here many times before, but at best the job is average. On this occasion, I asked specifically that the fungus be cleaned. The guy who took the order told me that "they always clean it". Guess what? Yup, it wasn't cleaned. I'm going to have to find another place.  They aren't bad, but they really need to get a lot better.

Came here with two other friends, all of our car were pretty much just rinsed, all the dirt was not cleaned, don’t even know why we came here to waste money, not much different from before and after, would never come back here ,also do not believe the false advertisements it says they would tire clean but they only rinsed and they will make sure U will spend More than the original price to get tyres cleaned

Did a good job. Waiting area is depressing and the last place I'd want to buy coffee from.
