Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is my perfect ideal of a relaxing holiday! This family park is a great place for a holiday with kids. Water based activities, playground and crazy side trikes make for tired but content kids at the end of the day. There is a store to buy food and other essentials just a short walk away. We stayed in a cabin, 2 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and double bed. An affordable accomodation option for a family of 5.

We stayed on a caravan site, most of which are scattered between permanents. The sites were uneven and muddy, but to be fair, they had a lot of rain before and during our stay. The amenities are cramped & dated. The park is in desperate need of upgrade. Would not stay again, but then I would not go back to Bruny. The whole place is overrated.

Ideal location catering to travellers, families and campers. The amenities and campers kitchen are very clean and comfortable. Children love the generous playground and peddle cars. The beautiful beach is across the road, with superb views what more could we ask for.

I grew up in Tassie and was so excited to showcase Adventure Bay to my partner. We were not given enough information when booking or on arrival. The caravan we got didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. We booked 9 months in advance and apparently got the worst one. The windows wouldn’t open and it STUNK. We weren’t told about having to pay for hot water in the shower block. When we were having a private whinge about it, the owner appeared from behind the shower block and became verbally and physically aggressive. We were terrified. We left for fear of being killed. No refund. We booked a room from some friendly people on the other side of the island. If you choose to stay here, I suggest you don’t stay in a caravan, make sure you have an ensuite, and definitely don’t have anything to do with the owner. I wish I had read other people’s reviews before booking. I definitely would have avoided it and chosen a shack or holiday home. This was so disappointing and frightening. It was like a horror movie
