I do think that this place is family friendly. Today, I was surrounded by very active children. A flurry of activity. Service was efficient and presentation was very good. Coffee is not bad. Ham and cheese toastie was substantial and fresh. Nice introduction to Malvern Central.
No respect for families here. Bad management decision to bring to our table a complaint from another table saying my toddler was being too loud. This is an open cafe a shopping center, not their lounge room. Staff should have told them bad luck rather than pass this on. If they want quiet, should have stayed home with their Nespresso. Will not go back here and discourage other parents from doing the same.
We had the pumpkin and salad sandwich, very good combination and the coffee was very very good as well, the service was pleasant and the place clean and tidy, would highly recommend.
Friendly staff. Expeditious service. Great coffee. Gluten free range of cakes and bread.
