Jesus H Christ. This is quite possibly the most incompetent finance company ever. I had a total loss settlement and they apparently couldn't track the $20,000 payment made to their company by my insurer, they gave the excuse of "Oh your insurance probably didn't send the reference, which they did) and it was up to me to track everything down with each excuse these guys gave with my insurer. They never had any issues finding the money when it was in my bank account each fortnight but they seem to have a real hard time actually doing anything useful like finalising finance when you need it!

Tbiggest headache of my life.. deposited money into there bank for my car loan.. they couldn't trace it.. after 5 months of repeated phone calls, emails, dealing with different people every time they finally found it.. then on top of that I pay out my last pay out figure.. then get an email saying I need to fill out more forms... so sick of it!!!!

GO ELSEWHERE! (I am posting this on a friends behalf as he doesn't have a google account). He has a car loan through capital finance and have tried to make contact with them now for the last 3 weeks including several emails sent and no one has contacted him back or replied. Alot of people have had problems with them. There are so many other finance companies out there that are so much better, please don't be fooled by this one!!

The worse customer service ever. There is a reason why Land Rover stop using them. What a headache. If you need Car Finance and want nothing but trouble. Give them a call.
