If you have insurance with Zurich find another provider. They have taken over $12000 in two years and my claim process over 7 months. Only to be declined. I dont trust insurance comapnies and they are a perfect example why I dont. They take your money and at all means do not honour the policy. I had 4 different claims officers come and go lengthening the process. It crossed over the renewal date and they took the premium. I was on the understanding no premium is taken whilst a claim is underway. Trying to cancel the policy they will refund pro rata. Had they taken the 10 days and knowing this I could of cancelled saving thousands. I will now go to court to fight them. Do not use Zurich!

OMG!!!!!! I have a small tractor for mowing my acreage. In January 2019 it was damaged. The tractor was insured in its own right and not part of any houshold policy. I had maintained the insurace since about 2012. I have probably rebought the tractor in insurance premiums. I AM STILL WAITING SIX MONTHS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To say the service from this company is questionable is putting it in the mildest of complaints. Is anyone else suffering such a delay in attention???????????????
