Check your receipts if in store on Jan 11/ 23. My script rang up at $29.18, when I questioned the amount, the attendant looked up the item on the screen & it was actually $18.39. Discrepancy blamed on a system error due to an upgrade? I hope it wasn't happening to other customers all day?
I would like to sincerely thank Sandra at Chempro Capalaba for her outstanding work and kindness. Sandra went above and beyond for me on Tuesday when she done my make up for a black tie event. Although I wear make up daily, I am clueless when it comes to products and application, putting in very little effort. Not only did I learn about my skin tone but Sandra also explained the products that suit me best and how to use them. I found her information priceless. I walked in nervous but her friendly manner calmed me instantly and although we discussed options, her personality gained my trust enough that I left all decisions in her hands. She did not disappoint. Looking in the mirror, when she finished, I was shocked to see she had perfected the make up to match my dress exactly. I looked amazing! I am going out of my way to write this review because good service from a genuine person is rare these days. I am still smiling. Furthermore, I have put the techniques I learned into practice and it worked! Now I am excited to do my make up in the mornings and look forward to building my new collection of products. I cannot recommend Sandra enough, she made my day and night and I couldn't have done it without her. Thank you again. Kerrie

Every time I go to this chemist I have such a positive experience that I leave with a smile on my face. Experienced, friendly, and attentive staff, a wide range of medications and stock, and amazing prices. I honestly cannot think of going anywhere else anymore.
Beautiful staff at Chempro, always tended to in a short amount of time with great pharmaceutical knowledge. Some really good floorstock and great for gift ideas for stockings for Christmas and different gift ideas for Easter . Wheelchair friendly at Capalaba park shopping centre so it makes it a great place for everyone.
