Yesterday being the 18th of April after filling the car and going in to pay the staff Member was extremely rude, I was going to swipe the card to pay for the fuel and She told me to Be Quick, as it was a work car and using a work card to pay I was about to enter the odometer and again she told me to do it Quickly, There was no one behind me and I was not being slow, this lady is very rude and needs a lesson in customer service . She does not greet customers and does not respond when you greet her.

I always have my petrol done here since it's closeby to my place and low price of fuels and just my preference to use Ampol/Caltex all the time, however today, the store/fuel station was closed 15 mins before 8pm which is disappointing. The owner of this place needs to either pay their staff well to extend before closing not pay them only until the time of closing or discipline the staff if need be.
As mentioned, it was supposed to close at 7pm on Saturday. As a regular, rushed to get some fuel at 6:50pm, staff waved saying its closed!
Great service station with courteous staff. Well stocked with convenience shopping in mind. Easy access and loyalty discounts for Veterans and Woolworths shoppers.
