Edited some pics out just now 5 stars - I dislike Ampol's sponsorship of Carlton Football Club, yet I still like the AMPOL brand. Anyways. And it's so good to see they took on my feedback last year and installed interior blinds at the register for those sunny Summer days of ultraviolet rays especially and look they've added new signage and I also noted a new automatic car wash system. 5 stars
I just wash my car and I don’t understand when Iwill beleaving with my washed car. It doesn’t make any sense because there’s heaps of dirt in the bays which will make the car dirty again so I don’t know why the authorities they don’t clean this area.
I used to wash my cars and boats here all the time plus getting petrol for my 3 cars for the last 10years. The old Caltex was good from keeping the place clean to good customer service. Since Ampol took over it has become a messy place and bad customer service. I got refused for a boat wash last night as they suddenly ban people for washing boats and trucks with no prior warnings and even now has no signage. I got refused for refund for the tokens I bought a few days ago as I had no receipts. I was never asked if I wanted a receipt and never thought they would give receipt for tokens. After arguing for a bit they agreed to honour the refund. To me this doesn't cut it. If you stop providing the service then give people the refund no questions asked.nSuch a shame that they shut this down as it is a very good location for people to wash their boats and trucks. I bet they would lose quite a bit of business as people would fill up their trucks and SUVs when they go there for wash. Also they lose the foot traffic to their store. I know I will take my cars elsewhere for petrol and diesel fill-up.
Today is Sunday 4 sep 2022. Morning 8.15. Customer service is very bad and she was very rude. I lost $12 for car wash and $ 2 vacuum. Machine didn't work, you can have a look the pictures. She didn't print the ticket or she didn't refund my money.. I could not use the machine.. I completely lost my time and money.. and she didn't provide me the manager number for that store or anyone that I can complain. She gave me 1800 number for review. That's it.
It’s just after midnight and I kindly asked if there were any cakes or donuts and was met with lazy customer service then with a immediate response of ‘we have nothing’ asked for biscuits and the response ‘we got nothing’ and then only when I said I’m leaving a review the gentlemen waves his arms at me and says come back I will show you biscuits.. so annoying and a very dissatisfied customer.
