I had the misfortune of engaging Matt Stimpson and Collective Family Law for my recent separation and found them to be sloppy, slow and arrogant in the way they handled what I was told was a very straightforward case.  Matt failed to advise me until after I had paid a retainer that the firm was unable to do some of the work we had previously discussed, and then the work he did complete was riddled with errors and rejected by the court, leading to foreseeable and unnecessary delays. To add insult to injury, Collective Family Law kept the meter running through the entire time they worked on my file, despite the additional work and resubmission to the court being entirely due to their sloppy original work. His boss, Jenni Spencer, was similarly unapologetic and arrogant when I sought to discuss this matter further.  All in all, I paid significantly more than I was quoted for late, substandard work and I would not recommend this firm even to my ex-wife.

Collective family law were professional and supportive during a recent family separation matter. Provided good legal advice and Jade Black was extremely kind and supportive during what is never an easy process.
