Josh achieved a section 10 for a mid range drink driving - we knew this was a big ask! Very relieved!!! Initially spoke to three different lawyers, and we were blown away by Josh; he is v articulate, empathetic, realistic on the outcome, and the only one who specializes in drink driving offenses. He is extremely knowledgeable and on top of the whole process and gave lots of much needed hand holding during a very stressful time. Cannot recommend enough.

Josh represented me at my trial for a DUI charge in Sydney. I blew 0.119 being a Mid-Range offence. Josh had some of the Police material which was irrelevant to my case deleted prior to the hearing. He reviewed all my references & my letter of apology, stated the important facts, was very professional in his approach and I was handed a Section 10 by the judge. It was my first offence and i was expecting at least 6 months and a $1000 fine. To walk away with no fine, no conviction & my licence intact was due to Josh. I would highly recommend Boorman Lawyers. Josh was the perfect example as to why you should get a lawyer, right from the start he took the stress away, had all paperwork and advice needed spot on, even down to the finer details that none of us could've thought of that can effect an outcome.. Well done Josh and thank you for helping me get a positive outcome to keep my lively hood.

Josh is without doubt the most unpretentious, straight-up, genuine, knowledgeable solicitor I have ever dealt with. My expectations for Josh in regards to work/advice required, where far exceeded. Josh went above and beyond to ensure myself (a nobody), a clear, educated, no bulls%$#!, truthful and knowledgeable assessment of the case. I had previously spoken to two other solicitors regarding the same matter and in hindsight the other two gave me in-correct/false advice on minimum mandatory requirements, regarding my case.
