Separation, child custody, property settlement and divorce was the most anxious and stressful period in my life.  My case was technically  complicated, highly emotional and very lengthy spanning a four year period.

Every single day over that four year period I was extremely grateful to have Dan Bottrell by my side. Dan was my rock, my sounding board and was a very calming influence when times were combative and traumatic for me and my children.  Dan constantly kept me up to date, explained everything very clearly and always made me feel comfortable with the whole ugly process.

Dan is the epitome of a professional and I am truly grateful for the invaluable knowledge and advice he gave me through what it is for many cases, a very difficult time. He always went above and beyond to get the best outcome for not only myself, but most importantly my children.  

Whenever something new came up in my case, it was always a relief to know the stress I was feeling would pass, because Dan was always there to understand and deal with the issue calmly, professionally and effectively.

Dan is a true professional.   His expertise, diligence and compassion helped our family through a very difficult and stressful separation.  He went out of his way to help us at every turn, including after hours, and we were very thankful for his advice and recommendations.   His knowledge in the field of Family Law is second to none.  He is an absolute gentleman and loving family man and these qualities are also reflected in his  exemplary work ethic.

Dan Bottrell's expertise and knowledge was invaluable during my divorce and parenting issues. Divorce is an extremely stressful time and right from the start Dan was professional and understanding. He went above and beyond to represent me and achieve the best possible outcome for my children and myself. My case was not straight forward however Dan embraced the challenges that we encountered and most importantly I knew he had our best interests at the forefront of everything he did. I can't thank him enough and I highly recommend Dan Bottrell to any person who is seeking assistance with Family Law issues.

After a high end conflict divorce; that was at times emotionally draining as it was long (some 3 years); hurtful to my sons; the last thing I wanted was to lose assets that were rightfully mine. 

Dan Bottrell and his team stood alongside me every step of the way; displaying at all times to be the consummate professionals they are. He  always gave considered; accurate and timely advice which is like oxygen in family divorces. 

Dan’s complete calmness in the face of petulant dross and the combative nature from the other side was simply remarkable and a regular comfort to me; that saw our relationship form more of partnership then a traditional client/lawyer arrangement.
 
His ability to turn at times my outbursts into cogent prose is an asset to the firm and himself .His sharp logic in the matter and law reinforced by a strong admin and support team is second to none that ensured a more than favourable outcome. 

It was good to know that after all the havoc and trauma a divorce can bring to families to get that assurance that “it will be ok this will pass” was indeed priceless.
 
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan in the future or for anyone who wants to get sound representation but also fair and frank advice on family matters.
