We walked in knowing we wanted to scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef but that's about it. Bec took the time to go through all our options without being pushy and offering her first hand experiences and then gave us time to look over brochures and review. The rest of staff seemed lovely as well but the customer service we received from Bec far surpasses 11 months of customer service received in other places in Australia. Thank you Bec! You're awesome!!

We came there to book a reef cruise. We were after particular day coz we were going away from Cairns. The said there was no places available so we had to rearrange the schedule, extend our stay for two days. And then during the booking it turns out to be that they are selling their allocated seats and if we went to other seller or directly to the cruise company we could have make it on the day we need. What the... Seriously, they think that it's easy for family of four to rearrange everything so they can have their commission! We paid eftpos, not a credit card and still paid the commission of 2%. Seriously? Hardly there was any trip that would cost less then $200 for family, and we paid nearly $300, they think everyone have this amount of cash handy all the time when even tonight little cafes won't charge anything for over $10? Greedy. And not professional.
