Regretfully I came in this morning approx 9:45am, i stood at the counter while a woman crouched down chatting away to another staff member not bothering to even acknowledge me, another staff member realised I was not being served and came to serve me. I tried to order 1 meal for myself and 1 for my mother - whom is allergic to eggs and currently living a low carb life style - just wanted bacon and avocado. The staff member serving me looked to the woman who initially ignored me & with attitude and a condescending tone this woman said she was not allowed just sides and had to be with a meal, i asked if it could just accompany my meal purchase. I was told yes but has to be on the same plate and will not be given a separate plate. This is absurd. We left and went to QUAY STREET CAFE AND BAR with the same request, staff did not even bat an eye, we were not ignored, we were served quickly , with a smile and no issue what so ever with giving my mother her own plate.

Lunch 3.11.2017 No complaints, food good, seating areas clean tidy and comfortable. Staff on the day very friendly. Price have included a photo of the menu.. you decide.

Nice atmosphere and location. No table service... over priced breakfast and small portions. Wont be back.
