Went with a group of 10. Overall pretty happy with the experience. We ordered a variety of drinks, including coffees, hot chocolates, milkshakes and teas. All pretty nice, including a cheesecake and strawberries with chocolate. Not absolute standout but a nice selection with great atmosphere. Friendly staff, but from reading other reviews it seems it depends on who you get.

Worst experience in customer service I've ever experienced. Drinks that were meant to be hot were barely warm - rude treatment when we asked for replacements. No apology. Ricotta quiche was cold in the middle. Pulled pork sandwich was disgusting with soggy untoasted bread. Asked to speak to manager - told no manager on today. Staff didn't care one bit. Were treated so badly when we paid - childish staff who have no concept of customer service. Have never experienced such disgusting service. Avoid at all costs.

The food here is consistently delicious. Try the soup of the day and bread and butter pudding with ice cream. Their coffee is great and they have a delicious shop brewed chai tea with honey in a serving jar. Inside seating as well as outside if you are there when the sun’s shining.

Probably should teach your waitstaff how to do their job. Had one of the waiters carry a dirty plate over my head and drop a dirty knife on my head, I left this cafe with dirty egg yolk in my hair and all he had to say was “ oh sorry” then walk off. That has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service, teach them how to do their jobs and how to handle a situation like that.
