Cafe Galiano

Undercooked pasta. I can cook pasta and I can't cook. Overpriced like the rest of this group of restaurants that clearly gouge clients in a hurry to get to movies. Rude staff. From now on I stay home, get takeaway and watch a DVD.

Thus is the first time I got chicken parma where chicken is not touched by sauce rather there arw few drops of sauce on top of ham.. i askes with staff if thy prepared wrong order but staff told me I havent had parma before which is such a low level service one can expect from a cafe. Absolutely disappointed 😐😐

I found this quite pleasant for a shopping centre cafe. Service is good, and the coffee is fine. We generally go for coffee and a cake whilst shopping rather than a meal, and again, for a shopping centre cafe, the cakes are enjoyable. It's quite a large cafe as well, with seating set back off the walkways, so is a little more relaxed than some of the others.

Asked for my eggs with yolks slightly runny. Apparently this is too difficult a task and the staff couldn't care less. I was first given eggs with runny whites even. They acted like it was an unconvience to cook them further and then still brought the eggs with completely runny yolks. Pathetic. We're talking about eggs here. Bad service. Terrible food Don't bother

Good coffee shame about the poor service I got today. The staff member made me feel extremely unwelcome, made it quite obvious that I was interrupting her standing around with arms crossed moment, I really enjoy this cafe however today has made me question Wether I want to return as I'm still In shock at how rude this staff member was and how she is even in customer service!
