Dissappointed stonegrill is off the menu. We only came to have that dining experience but we stayed and I thought the food was very good. I had the duck and shared the calamari entree with my husband. He did not enjoy not getting his low carb beer,they did something unrecognizable with the spuds and they put sauce over everything. He doesn't like sauce. I loved the Somersby cider on tap. Service was mostly good,attentive and respectful.
It's OK. It's basically a pub, food is suited to sharing when having beers. If your here for a nice lunch out, there are better places in Nelson. Service is good though.
Staff was strangely awkward and callous. Extremely unimpressed with general attitude of staff members. Manager was kind and informative. Coffee was so-so. WiFi ended at exactly 1 hour. Asked for another hour as I was spending my money and would spend more with access to the internet. Staff said they could not help me. Decor was cool, layout was good, atmosphere was solid.
We had an a lovely evening meal last Thursday while holidaying in Nelson . It was called Bracco by then. Although we loved the ambience, the service and the food we were very disappointed by the very small portion of duck - never seen such a mean portion before
Loved the Venison perfectly cooked. Wife had the steak but didn't want the mushrooms so added them to my meal and gave it a whole new dimension. Definetly worrh a visit if in Nelson.
Great stone grill and great salads. Service excellent. Popular which has to be a good sign. Nice ambience without being too noisy.
Fantastic place if your allowing for a cozy finishing with a few drinks. Has very nice kiwi service and an outside sitting area for smokers.

Understaffed took twenty minutes for iced chocolate called bacco now. Chocolate was just chocolate milk no cream disapointing
