Awesome food. The girls loved their iced chocolate and iced coffee. Hash browns hash cake was delicious. Awesome service and plenty of space between tables. The outdoor seating was well laid out. Located just outside Queen Street entrance into Richmond Mall. Big breakfast is a must. Thanks team.
Absolutely love this place. Such a good customer service. Specially from the short purple hair lady. She is lovely. But also the puppuccino they make for best fried Howie the dog
Wandering around Richmond looking for a place to get some kai and kāwhe and came across this lovely Cafe. Service was excellent, kai and kāwhe was really ka pai and the mixed berry smoothie . Great place to call in for kai or a kāwhe. Atmosphere was nice, had a really ka pai vibe.
Started out as a 5. Great service great looking food. However as my husband started his second piece of bun he was shocked to find a long black hair in the bread. Didnt finish our meal. Just left.
I just want to say a massive thank you to Ambrosia for the beautiful catering they provided for my event. The food looked and tasted absolutely amazing and there was a lovely variety within the platters which we all loved! The vegetarian options were just as delicious as the meat dishes and the food was delivered hot and on time. I personally want to thank Mishael for being so kind and lovely to deal with and for making my event so special with the amazing platters she created.
Beautiful smiles and polite service from staff this Sunday of rain and busy customers bustling in and out. I stayed from about 10.00 through to 11.30ish doing some morning writing in notebooks and laptop without any concerns or hassles. There was barely a moment of rest for any of the staff while I was there and they all showed patience and good will towards customers. The cappuccino was good, frothy, a little bland and without body; the cabinet food provided good Gluten Free and Vegetarian options, though not being cooked fresh made the served plate a bit lack-lustre, and the toasted sandwich a bit chewy. Fillings were good though, and tasty. My only annoyance was when I took the menu back to my table with me, it only said "Brunch Menu" on top, and I asked a passing staff if there was a Breakfast Menu. She replied "Yep, it's right here," and pointed to the menu that I had already thoroughly read and proceeded to read through the options with a distinct impression of condescension, as if I couldn't read the menu myself would have been massively offensive if I hadn't been able to read the menu, for whatever reasons. I didn't bother pointing out that the Title stated "Brunch Menu" so left it. Music is not too loud either, low enough with the competing rain and customer voices that it didn't distract me from the ideas that I was suddenly inspired to scribble down. Big thank you and thumbs up to the staff.
I am continually disappointed in the inability to get a good coffee every time you go to a cafe. Now paying over 5.00 for burning hot milk with very little coffee. Do staff not get trained anymore? There is an art to consistently providing good coffee. Unfortunately it seems to be hard to get this in Nelson.
Good coffee, great looking counter food and slices. Prices a bit high but seems to be typical of all the cafes around Nelson. The food we had was very tasty.
Big breakfast is always a pleaser. I love bread and toasted bread and crispy toasted bread and butter and toasted bread with butter and butter on toasted bread and my bread and butter. And bacon. And everything else that was on there except I was starting to get tired of the mushrooms but that's okay coz they still ate
Service was efficent if not overly friendly. Coffee was very nice but I thought the price for food was a bit steep for what you got
