Having had a recent procedure at this hospital I cannot praise the staff and facilities high enough. Everything went well and the nursing staff were fantastic with all requests immediately actioned with a smile and great sense of humour. A special mention to Chloe whose demeanor and attention to detail brightened up my day and made my stay a pleasant experience under the circumstances.
My mother has been staying here for the last week as she is there for rehab kknee replacement! She’s 86 I arrived tday at 720 am to bring her close to we’re with cousin & was rudely treated n spokin too by the man in charge n practically kicked out ! It’s never been an issue the receptionist let us in & all the nurses have never said anything & all have been so nice & helpful! I told him I come early n hav Breky wit mum n he is a absalute power tripper ! Then he blames it on the receptionist was is luvly ! Tells us she apologizes for letting us in???? Really I think he realizes he’s a rude & palming his dictator attitude off at Somone else , I drive from knox to see her it’s a hike ! Mum said he’s also a nasty person & was rude to her before , shame one moron in charge can ruin the great work staff do for place like this , mum & us we’re so happy till this morning , room 1 southward private patients get charged a great fee to stay here ! Pull your team leaders attitude in! So disappointed,& I told this to the receptionist, she was luvly & not too blame, thanks ,
Eleven years ago today - 1st October 2013 - my 32 year old daughter Sarah Jane Wilkie, nee Dawson died of uterine leiomyosarcoma in palliative care at Cabrini Brighton. I am forever grateful for the kindness & compassion with which Sarah was treated. I stayed in her room with her for several hours after she died, & many of the nursing staff came to pay their respects to Sarah - & to comfort me.
Husband needed to go here for appointment and when rang at 3.15 to schedule they had just had a cancellation and had an availability at 4.15. So how good was that! Thanks Cabrini. Staff friendly and efficient.
I recently underwent a septoplasty at Cabrini Brighton with Dr. Pudel, and from the moment I walked in the door, the care, empathy, and treatment were first class from the team. Best hospital experience I’ve had! Thanks Cabrini!
