Brighton Family & Women's clinic have some amazing doctors- have been going to the clinic for nearly a decade. It's just a real shame that the reception staff aren't up to the same standards.. For most of my appointments for the past couple of years, the reception staff have been unempathetic and rude with no professionalism; they usually chatter and laugh amongst themselves when you're standing there waiting to be greeted. Patients are made to feel like a real inconvenience when calling over the phone or standing face to face. People come to the clinic for a whole variety of their own personal issues and it's sad that my own friends and family are now reconsidering coming to this practice as we're constantly made to feel like a nuisance for even just paying at the end of our appointments.

i cannot speak highly enough of the doctors there.  i used many of them and even if they were not my personal doctors, they were really great. 
Irena Vigderovich and Rosie Culahan are absolute stars!!!!!!!

ohhh...receptionists?  i feel so sorry for them...sooo flat chat and always smiling!! Thank you ladies.

I cannot recommend BFWC enough! I have been a patient of this clinic for 10 years now and ever doctor I have ever seen has been excellent. The nurses and receptionists go out of their way to help and are very accommodating. Getting results back are easy with their results line, and the nurses can help ease any concerns.

Fabulous Doctors and staff. The Doctors listen to you I could not recommend them more highly. Dr Maria saved me .

Such a wonderful practice with caring staff. I had an iron infusion the Doctor Angela Ferruccio, she was very understanding,
Kind and didn't rush. The nursing staff are great too very professional and organised . Thank you for a positive experience.
