They fully met my expectations. I recommend them for sales/purchase in the Caboolture areas.

They are pathetic. Getting two different invoices for jobs and putting forward the pricier invoice and keeping the different. If you are with them renting it is better to talk to the people doing the jobs so you don't pay more than what it's worth.

I have been renting with Caboolture Realty for approx 7 years.  This is an awesome family business that I would highly recommend for tennants and landlords.  Lovely friendly staff that treat you with respect.  You are not a number with them.  The property I was renting was sold and they tried to get an investor which they did.  They sold with minimal impact and are available when you need them the most.   If you want to do business with a company that has ethics and integrity please call them you wont be disappointed.

Their property management is the worst. Rachel in particular is surly and seems to resent being asked to do anything, and often doesn't even when asked, despite taking a cut of the rent every week. Please look somewhere else, you can do better than use this company.
