As a landlord i have been to other agents and find Richardson & Wrench easy to deal with and communicate any issues promptly. I would recommend them highly.

Would not trust these people at all , have been dealing with Karen George who rented a house out to a Child Safety In our street , WITHOUT any correspondence to neighbouring residents who are suppose to receive a letter expressing there intentions .It has only been 9 days and already the police have been out on 7 of those days TWICE on  some of them , we have had the glass repairer out 3 times this week after the 10 year old smashed all the windows in the house 3 times and car windshield twice with his bare hands . They are here till after midnight fixing the windows straight away while all their light shine in to our kids windows when they are trying to sleep ALL OUR TAX MONEY I WOULD IMAGINE TO getting them out at that time of night Then we had the fire brigade when the 10 year old started s fire in his room .We have also had ambulance out to him as well .We have all put in multiple complaints with no results . Karen kept telling us she was sorting it out and that we had enough complaints, pics ,videos to have them evicted. But now all we are getting is an email saying not to send any more emails and don't ring the real estate and if we need help to ring the cops . Glad karen is living in peace and quiet in her house ,while she has made our lives in this street a living hell with our poor kids to scared to even go out the front door . If you see a for rent or for sale sign from these people I would make sure you know who it is first DONT TRUST THEM BIG LIARS

After a terrible experience with another property management agency in the area, I looked around to find an agency that I could trust to do the right thing by me, the property and the tenants.

When I asked around, Richardson & Wrench was the only name that kept popping up with positive recommendations. Its now been a year and a half and I can honestly say that it's been a breeze. Any issues have been well communicated and dealt with straight away.
