Awesome͏ R.E. Agent Lincoln is an honest, respectful straight talker that just gets the job done! He is up to date with the rapidly changing market in and around Burpengary, where my investment property is, and provided me with realistic evaluations & market comparisons when looking at sale price expectations. We had multiple offers and achieved a realistic contract price within 4 weeks on the market!  Lincoln has excellent communication skills esp  whilst liaising with my tenant, property manager and myself, always keeping me and his admin staff up to date using the WhatsApp for general feedback & photos etc., which was an effective strategy. Couldn't͏ have asked for a better agent and team. Lincoln and Sherrie have been exceptional agents and have gone above and beyond with the sale of our house! We had a few obstacles and hurdles along the way due to no fault of our agency and each time Sherrie and Lincoln rose to the occasion. They are adaptable and present, nothing was too much trouble and communication was A1 from start to finish. We have developed a relationship and have always been treated with respect and transparency. Lincoln had a family situation to attend to overseas for some of our sales process and we were left in the very capable and professional hands of Sherrie, she really shon and has proven herself to be a phenomenal agent in her own right so as a team they are A POWERHOUSE!! Lewis͏ the business owner went 'Above and Beyond' with the sale of our house :o We live in Sydney, Raine and Horne were the property managers for our investment property for over 8 years in Morayfield, Brisbane. Lewis was very familiar with our property and had a good repour with our tenants. When we decided to sell and gave notice to the tenants, Lewis ensured they  replaced carpet, painted etc, ready to sell. There was also a shortage of rental properties for the tenants to move into, which potentially could have jeopardised the sale of our house, Lewis wrote a glowing reference for the tenants and with his contacts in property management circles, managed to find a rental property for them to move into, in a timely manner. Lewis being familiar with our house and the area attended every open house, which was a huge bonus. The interest rate rise did affect the sale price, which decreased significantly, however, Lewis managed to negotiate a fair price, which we were happy with. We had his direct number and he called and sent texts and e mails keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Gina the other Principal Owner recommended Statewide Conveyancing to manage our sale, they were very efficient, we would definitely recommend them. We are beyond grateful for the efficiency and attention to detail that we received from Lewis and his team. We believe if it was not for his hands on approach, where he managed all aspects of the sale himself, we would not have had the positive outcome that we did.
