Disclaimer: I've only ever shopped here once and this review is based entirely on that one experience. 
Walked in to browse the reds and found Jacob's creek Whiskey Barrel Aged Shiraz for $30 after a few minutes of looking. 

While wondering why it would be so much if there was anything else whiskey aged, an assistant asked "hey what are you looking for?" as he walked past me to the guy in fluoros next to me who hadn't prompted for assistance. After helping him, he walked past me,  turned around and waited just around the corner without ever a word to me. (Like any good retail worker would do if someone looks a bit shifty and might snag something.)

I realize this might be a little petty, but I felt pretty slighted. So I walked across the car park to Liquorland and found the same bottle for $20. 
Looks like bws could stand to work on both service and price.

Only a small store. You are better off going down the road to Dan Murphys for better range and pricing unless it's on special.
