Went here late at night as it was the only place open. Customer service was definitely friendly with a smile helped us out in looking for what we needed and also had smokes available which a lot of them don't so a big plus there. People get around this place and go in and speak to the friendly staff, I highly recommend so everybody obviously over the age of 18

I don't normally write reviews but I came in last Saturday and the gent that served me was super friendly and helpful. Helped me choose a bottle of Bundabergs finest and bottle of wine to take back to Canada - and a little something to remind me of home in the meantime . I love going 2 BWS Noosa Reef.  They have a new refurbished store.   Huge wine selection & beers.   Easy 2 find way around store.   Great service .  Excellent range of wines & beers always well stocked.   The shop looks really cool now.   Lots of lighting.   Great atmosphere

This place is great it opens until midnight on weekends it's fairly big for a Bws and the staff is really friendly, they always welcome you and relate to you in a way that is going to fit your mood uplifting conversation and funny joke without exaggerations, the staff seems to have a great synergy and give you a smile even when they are busy, on weekend nights you can find lots of young fellas around the area walking from and to the surrounding night life, there is a very convenient car park just outside the entrance.

Really friendly staff! Lady with short black hair didn't get her name was soo helpful and talked us through the best red wine to get. Brilliant customer service

Great that it's open til 12. Not like NSW so much better if you have a dinner then want a bottle of wine to go back to your room after 10pm. Thankyou.
