Went in there yesterday with my two kids to look for some Xmas pressies, but quickly left when I heard the girl working there saying to my child 'don't touch anything'. Oh well, my business went to the shop next door.
A negative experience for me. Nice store and staff however I purchased a shoulder bag without noticing it could only be worn over the left shoulder and did not sit properly or comfortably over the right. Yes an oversight on my part though it could/ should be highlighted on the item. On returning the very next day the manager/ owner was contacted via phone by the nice store attendant of the day. The manager/ owner refused a refund leaving me only the option to purchase alternative items I did not want. Poor customer service on the managers part and we will not return on future visits to Noosa. Thanks though to the lovely lady in store who understood my issue and tried her best to help me.
I was after a nice shirt for dinner, went to Gazman and Country Road, ended up purchasing a nice linen shirt from Men’s Room. The staff member was extremely nice and you’re also supporting a locally owned small business.
I experienced a good customer service response from them , and it was over the Xmas period. Thanks.
I bought blue cotton shirt and white shorts in the Noosa Mens Room store last week, the lady that served me was amazing, very helpful with size of both garments and their aftercare, very pleased, will shop there again when I am back
Mixed experience with this company. The shirts I bought are very nice. However, every single pair of cargo shorts, bar none, have fallen to bits within a short period of time. The stitching is woeful, I've had pockets falling off, tears appearing next to the rear pockets, and generally poor construction. What's worse is that I did get a replacement pair from the store and *those* also fell apart along with the extra pair I bought at the time. I contacted the owner via email who was initially helpful but then went quiet. Since I live in Brisbane it's not easy to just pop back. Avoid the cargo shorts here at all costs.
Excellent service with a personal touch. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have searched for linen clothes like this everywhere. They have both for young and older Men.

Was in this shop yesterday 28/01/21 and was amazed at the wonderful service of the young lady serving in the shop. She was wonderful and so helpful !!
I bought a pair of linen slacks and two shirts from Cat and Daniel at their respective market outlets at Eumundi market today. Lovely people to buy from and so helpful. Thank you guys
