Today at 5:20 pm i went to store and there was a nepali guy he helped me to find the right offer with a big smile which made me very happy. This guy is really helpful..
Just came into this store for a 6 pack and the customer service was amazing, the girl working was very friendly and helpful!
All types of wine, alcohol & beer are available here. Almost 98% products are Australian produce and available on reasonable price.
The staff are rather unhelpful- one woman in particular not letting anyone pick up their online order "Because you could be anyone. That drivers licence looks like you and has the right order name on it, but it could be a stolen drivers licence!!" I'm pretty sure this woman staff member has the theme to Law and Order constantly playing in her head and thinks she's some kind of amateur BWS detective... But she's actually nuts and stops people from being able to pick up their online orders. Get rid of her.
Good customer service and staff were greeting and friendly as well.
Pricing was not as clear as I have found at other BWS stores, or logical arangment to find things, but the service from Cashier was how it should be despite till issue.

The service was fanatic just reopen since lockdown . Lovely service from the venue manager Andrew who took the time to have a chat about what's happening and what's about to happen . I look forward to going back there
