Thank you Kelly who helped me on the phone today! Very polite, friendly and gave me the advice that I needed.
Went to police station to ask for advise and or help with a concern . Spoke with in my opinion the most obnoxious receptionist possible. I believe she acts as though she is a officer of the law as you must according to her go through her before you can even speak with a actual police officer. I would recommend going to any other station than Burpengary if you expect the police to serve and protect
It took them an hour and a half to respond to my triple o call and then they didn't want to take any action. Lazy, rude and unreliable. I don't feel safe in this community.
Equanimous and helpful. Sgt bell is not a bad bloke even though he led the raid on my house, he was just doing his job, and not bad at that.
Disgusting! The way these people handle anything other than handing out tickets is terrible. I was the victim of a hit and run and they refused to help because of my age and sex. Awful demeanor and obvious discrimination. Go anywhere else to make a complaint
The Burpengary Police are so very lovely . And there do a wonderful job Evey time.
Lots of room in the police car great facilities,customer service is perfect looking to forward to be arrested by them in future.overall great experience.
