Don't worry about customer service there isn't any. They keep talking amongst themselves while serving you. Then if you go to the post office at Northlakes they go above and beyond to help you.

They always try to overcharge me.. so now I use mailman at officeworks instead of paying $12-16 I only pay $7.50 prepaid parcel.

Terrible customer service. They don't seem to stay updated with new technology and posting options. Very disappointing lack of professionalism to the point where the employee basically said she couldn't process our items. Have been over charged on many occasions and have had to return to ask for refunds. Asking for a refund was met with a blank face. Employees don't seem to know what they are processing or what the cost of postage should be. Incorrect weights on parcels, incorrect postage costs on items and extras added on without asking. We wonder how many other customers are being overcharged.
