Absolute joke of a business.. I highly advise not using Burleigh pools. The process was nothing less then a complete disaster. 8 months later (after being promised it would be finished 4 months ago) - we are still waiting for our pool to be complete. Trades turn up whenever they please with no notification. Communication of scheduling is non existent. The pebblecreter's left pebble crete sprayed all over our new glass fence, coping and deck, which had set by the time we got home. Had to get professional cleaners in to get it removed - which cost a fortune and the result is still far from appealing. I cant believe this business is still operating, the ACCC should definitely step in. For a 40k project the final product was less the satisfactory.

Thanks Garry for your prompt and efficient service installing a replacement pool filter system and pool vacuum. So happy with the 3 speed eco pump. The POOL SHARK is brilliant and has saved me so much time. Highly recommend Burleigh Pools.

The whole experience has been disappointing - poor communication - no explanation of what was being done and when, unnecessary delays, the tradesman they use are rude and arrogant and use poor workmanship - making mistakes and blaming others (fundamental things like digging the hole in the wrong spot, putting the pump in the wrong spot), never once did we meet the apparent site manager - the only time we spoke to him was when we rang to complain. Definitely not value for money and a very stressful experience with countless issues. Handover has now been done and a week later issues have developed already, no doubt there’ll be a fight to get things remedied. Do not use Burleigh pools!

I wish there was a 1/4 of a star category but that would still be too much for Burleigh Pools. It cost more than quoted, we had abusive messages left on our phone for complaining about faulty plumbing (calling me a prick), dealing with Wayne Haylock (the GM) is like banging your head against a brick wall, he is rude, unhelpful and does not reply to emails and just simply ignores requests. From day one we had problems, the excavator drivers had a big argument with the steel fixer about who was the best qualified to dig the hole, the steel fixer was refusing to do the job if 'Joe-blow' did not dig the hole, bla bla bla...it was a very bad start. Our pebblecrete cracked within 24 hrs and we had to wait 11.5 months before it was repaired, the contractors turned up whenever they wanted without notice, four high pressure plumbing fitting fell apart in my hands and when removed ALL the joints were only seated halfway into the pipe, all with the the pipes cuts at odd angles, none meeting manufactures specifications, when I complained, I got abusive messages left on my ans machine by the plumber. We were told they underestimated the size of the hole (pool????) and that we would need to upgrade the heat pump (+2K), so you have to ask yourself, how much experience do they really have? The pool light failed within a month and the guy who replaced it said that model had been discontinued two years before, that we had old stock put in our new pool and the lights were known to be troublesome, so thanks for that BP. By far the most hopeless, unprofessional company in existence. It was only when we threatened to take them to Fair Trading we got the repairs done (11.5 months later), within hours they sent our final bill (we refuse to pay the final amount until the pool was completed satisfactorily), a week later they threatened to put debt collectors onto us....that's within 2 weeks after waiting nearly a year for them to show up to repair the pebblecrete that cracked within 24hrs. It has left us with a very bitter taste in our mouth at a time when we should be so excited....after spending such a large amount of money....AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
