My usual experience with companies and tradesmen that I've engaged to undertake works at my home in the past has been less than perfect.
What a change it was to have a company deliver what was agreed on and on time - that was my experience with Pacific Patios.
 
From the first meeting we had when Steve Essam entered our home and us trying to explain what our vision was I felt confident that he was able to grasp the big picture. He also provided ideas and expert advice resulting in an outdoor area that exceeded our expectations. 

The design completed, the quotation agreed and with no hidden costs I found this very unusual. My usual experience has been quotation received, then comes the extra,extra,extra. With Pacific Patios there is no extras you need to worry about, even design applications and approvals are undertaken for you.

I was given a commencement date for construction and to my surprise they arrived on time. I couldn't more highly rate the two tradesman who did the install, expert professional friendly tradesmen and very aware and respectful that they were constructing in an established home - clean, tidy and rubbish removed daily. The electrician used on the project was excellent - his advice on lighting has given the area the wow factor when the sun goes down with isolating options and dimmers. 

In closing, I'd done my research and had a number of companies quote for this project. I'm so glad that I'd decided to use Pacific Patios. At the end of the day it's all about the quality and value for money. They well and truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Excited and completely happy with my new patio, so much more atmosphere for my entertaining .
I was extremely impressed with Steve Essam on his professional presentation showing me plenty of images of his designs on his laptop, his personal advice on other ideas which I had not considered really impressed me also as he told me he was a builder of 20 years and personally had built over 700 Patios, Decks and carports and that he was extremely passionate about what he does and enjoys entertaining and giving people the same enjoyment, which shone through by the end of the appointment. 

In addition, Andrea attended to the application to the Council and kept me informed at all times and I am extremely impressed with her communication through out from start to finish.

Gareth the production manager was very polite when he came out for the check measure and order placement.

The installers Matt and also another Steve were also very efficient arriving on time and after installation cleaned up the debris, The workmanship was nothing but quality and always kept me informed throughout the 3 days on what he was doing.

I had 3 quotes and Pacific Patios prices feel right in the middle and one company was nearly double the price and smaller in size, I can and would highly recommend Pacific Patios for their all round good service,quality materials, workmanship and professionalism, I did not think companies like this still existed.

Huge thank you to all at Pacific Patios for an amazing job with our Patio and carport.  
Right from our initial appointment with Steve  Essam helping with design and ideas our minds were quickly put at ease before undertaking a huge project.  Absolutely everything was looked after including all  council approvals which made our life easy.  We just sat back and watched this amazing entertaining area  and carport come to life.  
Matt and Stephen did an outstanding job and their workmanship was second to none.  The boys arrived smack on time every day and worked tirelessly  until the job was done.   At the end of each day the boys cleaned up and left a neat, clean and tidy workspace.  Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was impeccable .
We were very impressed with the constant communication throughout the job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire build.  
I have no hesitation in recommending Pacific Patios to anyone wanting a top quality Job with good "old fashioned" customer service from start to finish.  Thanks again to you all.

We contacted Pacific Patios to do a carport and patio. Gareth Vendt has made the whole process and experience so much better and easier! He was always accommodating, patient when we were in doubt about what we wanted and also gave good recommendations and was there to help us. We felt that he had our best interest at heart and truly wanted us to be satisfied with the end product. 
Luke, the builder, has done an amazing job! He was courteous, friendly and extremely professional. At one point, when he had started one part of the job, he stopped and would not continue until we made the changes we wanted to add and were completely satisfied with the changes we wanted to bring to the original plan. 
We love the end products and we have been thoroughly enjoying being able to use the carport and patio. 
I would only ever deal and recommend that anyone deal with Gareth personally and always request for Luke to build! They are an awesome team!
