We wanted a nice birthday dinner for my Dad so hhe placed an order but accidentally set the time for immediately. we actually wanted it for 1 hour later and when he called up to correct that, they did not sympathies at all that it was my fathers birthday and we wanted a nice dinner, but they just said sorry you must pick this order up and hung up on him. Absolutely useless will never go here again!!

Last time my husband pre-ordered on the app, I walked in at the due time and they'd completely forgotten about the order and had to start cooking it. This time, my husband didn't notice where to enter the time for pick up - but rang them 5 minutes later to say we wanted it in an hour's time. Too late, they wouldn't change it, bad luck, I had to come in straight away. It is his birthday today and everyone was quite upset as the food will be cold in an hour. Then, they wouldn't give him the free burger advertised if it is your birthday because "that has to be done through the app". I told them we'll never be going back. And we never will.

Good sized burgers with a creatively funky mix of flavours delivered with a smile. What's not to like?

Always nice n fresh burgers and kept clean. You can watch your burger being cooked. Very pleasant staff
