Honestly, probably one of the slowest and worst fast food places on the kapiti coast. I wait about 15 minutes each time for my order, and when it comes it’s either cold or they’ve forgotten something! Today my order came to 34 dollars! (Including my 2 brothers and dad) and they forgot the 4 dollar fries we had paid for.. go spend your money on something that will fill you up, not cheap poorly made food like in this restaurant

We go to McDonald's quite often food was always good. But have found lately the chips have been soggy and the buns cold. As all fast food shops if you hit peak hours you will be in for a long wait. Playground is good grandchildren love playing in it and it is kept quite clean.

I really like the special offers on the mobile app. Makes me come more frequently. Service is great mostly, but the milkshake machine is not working quite regularly.

We had a birthday party for my 6 year old and Brie was the staff with us and she was amazing. Very helpful and wonderful with the kids. They had a great time. Fun memories were made today thanks to her 😊

This particular MacDonald's is extremely poorly managed in a way that's actually rad as hell. They often take comically long periods of time to deliver simple orders, they don't transition to the lunch menu at a set timw, but just kind of do it whenever, and openly admit that they have no idea when this will happen, which is good as hell I reckon. They also all seem to be confused children spinning in circles or staring uncomprehendingly at the drinks machine or fryer while alarms blare signalling late unfullfilled orders. Definitely recommend.
