what is going on at Paraparaumu KFC, when the hot and spicy chicken fillets first came out I started buying them, initially I got 4 fillets with my meal then they went down to 3 fillets, then last night I ordered a hot and spicy chicken fillet dinner, 2 extra fillets and a 2 pack dinner box, I didn't get any chicken fillets instead I got 4 small pieces about the size of chicken nuggets, my extra 2 fillets were also were also tiny pieces with more covering than chicken. The dinner box had a tiny wing and a piece of bone with virtually no chicken on and it cost me $3 more than when I brought the same order 2 weeks ago. Please explain
To the young lady working till close om Monday the tenth of March- your service was absolutely impeccable. She was very polite and had such a warm demeanor despite it being so close to closing, and genuinely made my night. Food was hot and tastey as always as chips were well seasoned which was such a win. Kfc will forever be my go too becuase I'd the great service I received last night. 10/10 would recommend
We had food for kids, missing fries, cold food and no greetings or farewell.nStore was dirty as, tables were dirty, and you were welcomed with yellow water signs.nBasically a poor management, filthy store and staff was chatting and laughing and not paying attention towards customers.nNo doubt why KFC is Declining, obviously good service, cleanliness and food quality and check back are not KFC priorities.
Absolutely disgusting. Over cooked dry chicken including the chicken in the burgers. Was not even eatable. Service was shocking
I have ordered the food online. Then they called me to.say they don't have a delivery guy today I need to come to the shop. And then when I arrived they didn't have any zinger chicken. Then I had to change my order to a disgusting colonel burger that was hard and disgusting and the bread taste old. I'm disgusted by this place. Won't support this place at all..
