I arrived at KFC at 2:00pm waited 5 min for someone to answer the intercom and then I was told to wait before placing my order. Another 5 min passed, after numerous Hello's finally someone helped me placed my order. After ordering I noticed there was no one but me in the drive through and waiting another 10 min for Pop snack box. This whole experience cost me more then 25 min wait to receive lunch I could not eat. Please remember you are a 'Fast Food Franchise'
We ate in. Couldn't work out the in store ordering screen to get the free chips won with the cricket promo. That's on us though. Table was dirty so had to clean it myself before we ate and some of our order was missing but the staff were friendly and great. Loved that there was a handy sink and soap to wash my kfc hands before we left.
I ordered the 3 piece quarter pack and a Aioli Twister Wrap, The chips did not look fresh at all almost like they were a day old, and the 15 dollar rip off Twister wrap was very dissapointing missing almost all of its contents just the chicken with a bit of lettus put together, they were very rude about it over the phone and said they couldn't do anything about it, I have been a loyal customer for some time, their customer service and their way of handling things is very unprofessional and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am one customer that won't be back.
Disgusting!! Filthy greasy seats, tables and windows. We asked the young man who was behind the counter if we could have a cloth to clean the table that we were sitting at. He reluctantly wiped our table but left the other table next to it with grease and parts of chicken on it! The chips were cold and there were no drinks available . We will never visit this place again it was very dirty .
I am not very impressed with the burgers, they were underwhelming without the spices KFC is famous for. Staff need more training and there needs to be a manual or a system they can search specials on. The special was a decent price but not sure I will buy from there again regardless of price.
