Kim, Jennifer, and their staff looked after my Mother with care, compassion and professionalism during her stay. They involved the family in her care plan, and made sure we were well imformed about her condition and progress at all times. Highly recommend BUPA Kyneton and their Memory Support Unit for anyone looking for care for a parent or family member.
We had a very complex and difficult Admission process, due to circumstances mainly out of our control. Kim, the Manager at Kyneton Bupa, had the professional expertise and understanding to be patient and give our family the time and space needed to allow us to achieve a successful Admission, for which we are indebted to her. I would also like to make special mention of the Clinical Nurse, Jennifer, who was also very patient and kind. As well, the Front Reception Staff, firstly Zoe, and also Caitlyn. They both worked hard to assist our Admission through a frustrating period. We also want to express our sincere appreciation to ALL staff, the beautiful Nursing staff, the Kitchen Staff, right down to Cleaning, Laundry and Maintenance. Every single person we have encountered has done everything possible to make our loved one feel safe, respected, cared for and valued in their new environment. We can't speak more highly of the entire Team at Bupa Kyneton. They all work so hard. The dedication and commitment each and every one of them give is outstanding. They're all remarkable human beings.
The staff at Bupa Kyneton managerial, medical, reception, catering & housekeeping/cleaning did a fabulous job taking care of both my parents, the care was always first class and I cannot fault any aspects of this aged care facility. The care that was shown by the medical staff was so authentic and so genuine, that even during my Mum's end of life phase made me so grateful and emotional. Bupa Kyneton is truly an amazing place to send your loved ones to and the beautiful staff there make all the difference. Thank Bupa Kyneton for taking care of my parent's needs with dignity, grace and compassion.
FANTASTIC Cristmas party on Saturday. Great food and festive atmosphere. Kudos to Kim all the staff and volunteers who pitched in and made it a lovely celebration for the residents and their families. Well done and much appreciated.
From the moment my mum and I walked through the doors we were greeted with enthusiastic, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, engaging, happy and the most bubbly, positive staff - an issue relating to the hospital discharge was resolved in minutes without any duress to us. All of mums needs and personal wishes were expertly anticipated and catered to. The venue and room were absolutely spotless and so spacious, the towels were thick and soft! The afternoon tea hot! I cannot recommend this lovely venue enough. It has brought so much relief, thank you.
