Attended the store to buy a kids slippery dip that has water flowing down - Sales person KYLE who was working in the garden section found 1 that had pieces missing - we thought it was the only 1 left as it was out of the catalogue, we were then browsing the area and KYLE found us to say he had found the slippery dip for us and it would take him about 10 mins to bring it to us. What a wonderful, dedicated and pleasant person he was. I recommend him for employee of the month, even coming to find us as we could have left the store - Merry Christmas

Staff not interested in serving and too busy sitting in cafe with obviously friends to both with others whom were requiring food for our children! Give her the sack( ponytail, black hair mud 20s)

After many years as a regular customer, I've finally had enough of being treated like a mug. Increasingly, staff act like they are doing you a favour by speaking with you, particularly the young blokes, who clearly think they're above it all. Most (not all) seem to spend a lot of time standing around talking to each other but customers are an obvious inconvenience to them. I get better service at from the kids at Maccas. Management is obviously part of the problem, they employ these people and they let them get away with it. I won't be back to Bunnings. There’s a proper tool shop just up the road from Tweed Bunnings, as well as two plumbing outlets. They are no more expensive and have staff that are at least interested in serving you.

Just been to this store to buy paint - the man in the paint shop is always such a big help for a woman who finds picking paint daunting - makes it so much easier - good job - actually all the staff are always a great help
