We dropped into Bunnings Marion on Thursday to look at security cameras. We knew absolutely nothing about them until Sales Assistant David helped us out. His knowledge of the systems was excellent and he helped us pick the right one for us. We’ve now installed the system and are very happy. Thanks so much for your help David.
A kind employee, Kamran went out of his way to help me out. He said he was new to the job but that didn't stop him from trying his best to find the right items for me. Very commendable!
A massive shout out to Angus at Bunnings Marion. He went above and beyond to help me find something I saw there a couple weeks earlier. He had to go out the back and look around the older stock for me - and he found it. He couldn't have done enough.nThanks Angus for your help, you made my day.
We have been travelling around Australia now for over Two years and we always go to Bunnings for something and always receive excellent service when required.nYesterday we travelled 38 km from were we were staying to purchase a item which had clearly stated in stock at this store , however I was unable to fine this item and the young gentlemen was so helpful and really had no answers for me so I proceeded to leave this store and as I was going out the door I ask the older gentlemen who was checking peoples items as you leave , I ask if he could tell me we’re the next nearest Bunnings store was as it would seem the item I am after is not here in stock.nHis comments were as follows , just because the item says it is in stock that is not always the case , you should of checked first by calling , the next store is only Six km away so try there you may have more luck.nFirst of all I will never go back to this store I’m now happy to travel the extra distance as the staff at Edwardstown were excellent and most helpful , with a smile and no smart backside comments.
10/10 bunnings marion. Whilst coming through the front end registers R01 i was served by a lovely girl forgot to grab her name who was using hand signals and not able to talk and she did a fantastic job of seeing me through from start to finish. It's great to see people with life's challenges being accepted like others and given the opportunity. You go girl well done.
