10/10 bunnings marion. Whilst coming through the front end registers R01 i was served by a lovely girl forgot to grab her name who was using hand signals and not able to talk and she did a fantastic job of seeing me through from start to finish. It's great to see people with life's challenges being accepted like others and given the opportunity. You go girl well done.
We have been travelling around Australia now for over Two years and we always go to Bunnings for something and always receive excellent service when required.nYesterday we travelled 38 km from were we were staying to purchase a item which had clearly stated in stock at this store , however I was unable to fine this item and the young gentlemen was so helpful and really had no answers for me so I proceeded to leave this store and as I was going out the door I ask the older gentlemen who was checking peoples items as you leave , I ask if he could tell me we’re the next nearest Bunnings store was as it would seem the item I am after is not here in stock.nHis comments were as follows , just because the item says it is in stock that is not always the case , you should of checked first by calling , the next store is only Six km away so try there you may have more luck.nFirst of all I will never go back to this store I’m now happy to travel the extra distance as the staff at Edwardstown were excellent and most helpful , with a smile and no smart backside comments.
I recently ordered a whipper snipper online, and my friends picked it up for me. Greg I hope I got the name right from the collection counter not only double-checked with me over the phone but also reminded me that the item I bought was tool-only. Although I already have the battery, the level of service he provided was beyond expectations! This is my favourite Bunnings store in SA! Thank you!
Today, I went to Bunnings Marion and was assisted by a lady named Mel. Mel turned my mumblings of a description into actual plant name's and found them for me. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the stock available. Thank you Mel
Went to buy a cordless drill. Had a staff member look at his pad and say, they should be here, plenty out back. But he said he could not leave his post. Offered no other assistance, wrote an email to Bunnings, no answer from them, now over a week ago. Very poor customer service
