Friday night searching for something to rid me of a persistent mouse. Something that won’t hurt me or my dog or the mouse for that matter. Young Darcy APPROACHED ME and asked if he could be of help. Refreshing. He talked me through my options and we made a selection that was best for my needs. Recent trips to Bunnings have been less than satisfactory in the customer service area and Darcy was a breath of fresh air. I commended him to his manager. THANK YOU DARCY
Got to LOVE Bunnings!! Great service, always welcomed by the door, super friendly staff.. A large variety of items and sections to choose from, and then... You walk out and you got to have the famous snag sizzler!!
When I asked the female staff there to help me to find E14 light bulb, she looked at and handed over the one which was in the broken package even without checking inside. He said nothing amd left . Does she just think that Asians are only deserved to have faulty products? I was very disappointed with bunnings customer serivice
A staff charged me for the item that I did not purchased. I asked for clarification about the receipt and staff said “yeah! I am aware!” No apologise, nothing. She gave my refund like nothing happened. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
I’ve been a local to this Bunnings for years now, and whenever I go the customer service is horrendous. The few times I’ve asked for assistance you almost feel like a burden for asking for help when it’s literally their job. I’ll now be driving the extra to go to Edwardstown, sorry marion you’ve lost my business and from other comments I can see that I’m not the only one who has had this experience.
