Builder booked a delivery for Thursday, after it being pushed back to Friday without ANY notice builder called Thursday afternoon to chase it up, it was then pushed to Saturday as the drivers had ‘run out of legal working hours’.nIt is now Saturday 4:45pm and I have spent a third day waiting for this delivery with very little communication from Bunnings to my builder.nVery, very disappointing. I would suggest if people can get what they need from their local Bunnings to do so, if not use another supplier as this fulfilment center is a joke.

Wrong building and street, Google maps has this pin dropped on Fitzgerald Rd not Doherty rd. Make sure you search the building name not the street address.

Bought and paid for garage reflecta insulation and 6 tubes of liquid nails, received 2 door seals.. as in, the little rubber seals that goes under your front door. Loll seriously, not even close. Oh and now I can’t even get through on the phone, lucky me

Didnt deliver by items cause they didnt put leave unattended as I instructed this was a urgant delivery very disappointednCustomer services team is hopeless
