Terrible service and would not use again. Care only about the money but don’t provide a good service. Vehicle was picked up completely clean and received looking like it was ran through an off-road track. Car was completely dirty outside and inside with complementary car wash voucher or any care whatsoever to the condition it was given to me. To add upon the lack of care for cleanliness, the rear bumper was also scrapped and damaged during shipping. There are many problems that can be easily addressed to make it seem like the company actually cares about your car instead of the money.
I have used Transglobal services for previous shipments 2016, 2020, and 2022 of my cars. Previous shipments were exemplary however, this time had I only known...the customer service received from the Bremerhaven employee Sabrina was beyond acceptable, I would NOT have shipped my cars. This person actually engaged in yelling and screaming match with me, and the Customs officer only to make excuses for lying - the customs officer terminated the call. Her language was beyond my upbring and beyond "hood." I learned from the local affiliates office here that they have the very same communication problems with Bremerhaven staff Sabrina. What burns me more than anything, the local General Manager did not even reply to my inquiry whereas the Arlington's office and its team apologized for below poor customer service. I have reported Transglobal customer service - and because I am still awaiting my 2nd car delivery, which is driven by them folks in Bremerhaven, only time will tell. I do know for a fact that there are more the one TransGlobal shipping companies that ship cars to the US.
Vanessa walked me through the process of shipping my car back to the U.S. It was fast, easy and she’s very professional. I would use them again. Thanks.
We shipped out our car in late November and worked with Vanessa, she asked us to make sure we gave her a good review and I’m glad we hadn’t wrote a review. We just received our vehicle and the whole inside of the car was covered in mold!!! They also never gave us a tracking number they just kept saying your car will be there. I’m so disappointed especially since we had to pay out of pocket to ship this vehicle
Just shipped our vehicle through their Ramstein office. Vanessa was extremely friendly and helpful, she made the process easy. Definitely worth paying the extra money to clean our car, made drop-off process much quicker. Definitely recommend!
Second time here, first to bring my car from US and this time shipping it back to US. It is really an easy quick in and out. Mr. Mertens had all the answers for all my question, which is awesome. His colleague is also there and can answer all your questions as well. I believe it is not expensive to ship with them, that is why I came back to them to take care of my shipment. Give them a try, you'll see for yourself.
I recently used this company. My vehicle was shipped from Italy to the US. When I received my vehicle Some parts were removed and swapped out. I emailed them and their reply was that I did not purchase their marine insurance so therefore they are not responsible. So keep in mind that if you do not purchase there insurance, they will let anyone vandalize your car because they are not responsible anymore for your belongings. I could understand if damages were occurred during unforeseen circumstances but a individual stole and swapped out parts from my vehicle as if it were a parts yard. So beware!
To all Military forces or anyone shipping their car or anything, Do Not Use i repeat Do Not use this company or ShipmySecondPOV, they are AWFUL at hitting times and they take their sweetss time if there is no one available for customs and will just push it for next Monday.
Trans Global has made shipping my second POV a less cumbersome experience.
Translated by Google Unfortunately absolutely unprofessional....NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Have done a few vehicle shippings with the company...one disaster after another...I wouldn't use their "services" again, even for free! Original Leider absolut unprofessionell....NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!! Habe einige Fahrzeug shippings mit der Company durchgeführt...ein Desaster nach dem anderen...nicht einmal kostenlos würde ich deren "Dienste" noch mal nutzen!
