My experience wasn’t to a high expectation. This product was placed back on the shelf as a damaged box. Usually the folks at Bunnings are happy to accept a 5% discount on the damaged item that may be missing part. However the young man thought he would argue that there was no problem with a questionable product. The manager found and alternate solution by retrieving another undamaged box.
Monday 13/07/2026 I went to Bunnings Innaloo looking for Doorbell Cameras and my friend and I were assisted by Diane at the store entrance who greeted us with a smile and directed us to the correct aisle and then contacted Gordon who came to assist. Gordon took the time to explain the different options for doorbell cameras. I hope that both Diane and Gordon get the recognition they deserve for excellent customer service.
I would like to give a huge thank you to Luke from the Gardening Department at Bunnings. He was incredibly polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found exactly what we needed.Customer service like this is hard to find and deserves recognition.nnUnfortunately, our experience at Bunnings Mirrabooka wasn’t nearly as positive, as we didn’t receive the same level of assistance.Luke’s outstanding service really stood out and made all the difference.nnThank you, Luke, for going above and beyond. ***BE CAREFUL PEOPLE ***nI bought a DeWalt track saw yesterday which said I get to redeem some items tack , battery and a charger online . So I just bought the track saw and the staff told me to redeem it online and I tried to redeem it later at home so many times but I couldn’t so I came to the same Bunnings Innaloo today to get some help regarding redemption but upon reaching the place when I talk to the staff one of the staff just took off the offer notice board and said sorry it’s already expired Few months ago . Was that my fault ? I purchased that item with so much of excitement but now I feeI I was tricked to buy that item. Such a cheeky trick used to lure the customers. So I took the refund.nI wasted a lot of time and they still have those redemptions cards on which is expired . nBetter try to buy from other places and other stores .
If you're not gonna have checkout staff at night, then open the self serve checkout and I'll do it myself. Have whole bunch of people standing around but no one on checkouts. Great job.
