***BE CAREFUL PEOPLE ***nI bought a DeWalt track saw yesterday which said I get to redeem some items tack , battery and a charger online . So I just bought the track saw and the staff told me to redeem it online and I tried to redeem it later at home so many times but I couldn’t so I came to the same Bunnings Innaloo today to get some help regarding redemption but upon reaching the place when I talk to the staff one of the staff just took off the offer notice board and said sorry it’s already expired Few months ago . Was that my fault ? I purchased that item with so much of excitement but now I feeI I was tricked to buy that item. Such a cheeky trick used to lure the customers. So I took the refund.nI wasted a lot of time and they still have those redemptions cards on which is expired . nBetter try to buy from other places and other stores .
Top notch-service from Naz. I was looking for a product which wasn't on the shelves. Asked at the desk for help, but nobody really came or was interested to help. Found Naz between aisles and asked for her support. Friendly and efficient help, checked for stock, brought her lift trolley and went through aisle to find product. Bunnings need definitely more Naz's. Thanks again Naz great service.
It's fine. It was the only bunnings in the area that had the sausage sizzles on the day that we went around to find one. It has your hardware goods and it has the sausage sizzle, unfortunately not the kind with the white bread.
The new norm at Bunnings? Two unfriendly, full of attitude young girls at the garden centre checkout. One that just had no customer interaction and the other that just couldn't keep her eyes off her phone. Sunday 28th, 12:50pm.
A huge Home Depot store for anything and everything you want. It’s a tradie’s dream come through. You can basically build your house from everything in this store.nAppreciate the kids trolley to entertain the little ones around the shop.nnThe playground is for bigger kids around 4-7 years old and I wished there was a play area for young kids who are bored in the store.nnParking here is free and a decent amount of lots
