Probably one of the best, if not the best customer service i have had was from a particular team member at the balcatta store. A gentleman by the name of Reilly. He went above and beyond to help me after i rang a number of stores trying to figure out an issue i had with a gas bottle. Reilly listened to my issue, came up with a remedy, had everything sorted when i got to the store and made the whole process stress free. Thank you, appreciate your efforts Reilly.
I had such a great experience at Bunnings thanks to Amity. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Amity went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed, offering helpful suggestions and taking the time to explain options clearly.nnIt’s rare to come across someone so upbeat and attentive - her positive attitude really made my visit enjoyable. Bunnings is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you, Amity, for the excellent service!
I was in the area so I thought I would visit Bunnings for gardening needs. Great choice of plants. I chose 3 large plants, some bedding plants and 4 bags of mulch. When I went to pay there was only one person on assisted check out serving, There was a queue. I offered my place to a young trades man with a full trolley of trade goods. He politely declined. He then told me that he never used self check out and I told him that I didn’t either and that I would have walked out if there wasn’t someone to serve me. Yes, there was only ONE person to serve a queue of customers.nnI was served by a mature very nice lady who greeted me with a smile and liked my choice of plants.nnMY NEGATIVES ARE: there was one young lady watching those customers self checking out their goods and another young lady checking dockets of customers who had self served themselves!!!!! There was no offer to help me to put my bags of mulch in my car like they used to do. WHAT A JOKE! The managers should visit Joondalup Bunnings.
Everything it seems is available. Wandering between the Trades section for timber and the craft aisle for my arts project - distracted by the many possibilities as I pass-by the many practical products to solve every person’s home or garden dilemma.nnThe service was helpful by suggesting solutions to my many questions.nnI spent a long time in there, purchasing items needed now but planning thoughts for future.
