The staff always try their best to satisfy your requests and find whatever it is you're looking for. There will be times that there's no stock of particular items or the team member doesn't know where the product is that you're looking for. That's life, get over it. I've only had peasant experiences at this store.
I absolutely love my Ryobi 36 V cordless lawn mower which was merely 2 years old. It has been reliable, so easy to use and constantly used to mow not only my lawns but my neighbours nature strip and my two children's yards. It suddenly stopped before Xmas. It was under warranty, so I went back to Bunnings. Rob in the lawn mower section Fairfield helped me so professionally, courteously, knowledgeably and generously. I am very grateful for his help and genuine assistance. He also helped me understand how to maintain electric equipment, which I had little experience with. Thank you Rob, you make Bunnings service provision, exceptional.
Lovely quick visit today. Very helpful knowledgeable assistant in garden section. Went only for spray, but came home with seedlings & plant also !! Thank you Bunnings !
Must have been a bit late in the day for Darren in the timber section to be bothered to get up and help, all that half can't be bothered advice while sitting on a pile of concrete bags near the eternal doors, pointing for me to head to isle 3 at the other end of the section and find it myself. Couldnt get help from the guy guiding the forklift once there and left without getting what was needed. Gold medal to Darren for the worst Bunnings service ever and having owned a trade business, we have been regulars. Not at Fairfield now, will drive the extra to get the great service from the other Bunnings stores. Visited 20th December at 5.10pm if you want the CCTV of the pathetic effort.
What wonderful staff they have at Bunnings Fairfield Waters form the two young men that helped get some corregated iron to the lovely young Kimberly from the service desk for all the help in delivering my sheet of iron after I couldn’t get it in my car ,this is my favourite place to shop , a big thankyou to the lovely staff there
Favorite Bunnings in Townsville. Clean, well-organized, always having the best deals, and the staffs always friendly and helpful. Might be wierd to say that, but this Bunnings makes me feel like home

Good range, easy access, just off the BruceM1 for caravan, and plenty of parking available. The regular Bunnings range, and pricing.
Absolutely disgusted in Kim at Bunnings today. 10/11/22 @ 1520. So bloody rude to my 3 kids. Not acceptable.
