placed an order on line, chased it up after 6 days and it hadn't been actioned because their system needs to have the delivery address confirmed! What? The address and contact phone number were on the order! Won't be bothering with them again - do my best to shop locally, but sometimes e-bay looks really attractive ...

Ordered a toolbox on 14-11-17, was advised that it would have to come from Brisbane so would be a couple of days before it arrived in Townsville. It is now the 4-12-17 and the toolbox is still not here even after being told over the phone that it had arrived in Townsville. Once I arrived at the shop to collect I was advised that it hadn't arrived and was in fact still in Weipa. I have lost count of how many times there delivery has let me down. I will not be using them again. If I could give less than 1 start I would.

Didn't take the advice of other reviews and chanced it. Terrible customer service for overpriced items compared to other local shops. Won't return

3 trips into the store, 2 charges, 1 credit for 4 items. Approx wasted time 2 hours. Shocking service
