Great place if you would like to renovate your house, build something or refresh your garden. You can find everything here to have some nice barbecue as well. Never miss out the pots and outdoor living section.
Great variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Scored a discounted walk in greenhouse today. Young girl at the checkout was so lovely and patient when I was getting flustered after finishing a long week at work and trying to transfer money into my account to pay. I wish I had of taken note of her name. She was at the garden register around 430pm today. Thank you
This branch is by far the best of the best. I go there and see familiar faces all the time; good sign for staff retention. Every single interaction with every individual has been personable, helpful, informative and happy. Despite long working hours and tough job they still have a positive outlook and can share a joke or two. Today one member of staff went over and beyond to process a transaction for me and I can’t thank her enough. This is a good business with good people. No wonder why they smash it all the time.
I had the best experience of my life, Rory in the yellow top directed me exactly where I wanted to go then helped me lift the very heavy chair set into my car. Give this man a promotion!!! Seriously something must be right about how this is being managed. Not only this he had a discussion with me about which chair set was best and which one was best value. Thanks Rory!
The store seemed to be very well stocked and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me even though they didn't need to give me the information they did so I was very grateful. Thank you very much!
Certainly they have got what you need, maybe not always the cheapest price. Need to know prices so your not ripped off. The aisles are getting harder to navigate through with all the stock sitting on the floor and main aisles. Constantly trying to get out of people's way.

I don't even no were to begin, pathetic customer service, can't even get help if you ask someone something, the answer is no, we don't have it or there's no stock etc. I can see it in your top stock majority of the time, if I had a wave key, I would get it down myself. Maybe this is something you could provide to people as they walk in because your staff can't manage filling the shelves. You could also just replace your staff with self serve computers or tablet s around the store so customers don't have to go through the pain and anguish of trying to get service from the employees you pay to do..... what though... I'm not sure. If I could shop somewhere else I would. Rant over.
A very helpful staff took his time and explained to us on some of the items in a particular section. Great service
A huge thank you to the special duo Fiona in special orders and store Manager I believe her name is Pat? from the Croydon Warehouse for their fantastic customer service wizardy at problem solving my dilemma and processing my order over the phone after hours spent combined at the Bayswater store and phone calls to 3 other stores in the area where no one could give offer a practical solution despite their best efforts to check with their managers. Simple customer courtesy and effort goes a long way… and all done overnight. Can't wait to use my new power tools/toys!!! Thanks a million! Shirley : Wantirna South
